2. Service Description

InvoTrack is a business-to-business (B2B) time tracking and invoicing application for companies with employees. It allows authorised users within a customer organisation to log working hours, manage clients and projects, generate invoices and payslips, and produce reports. Individual employees use InvoTrack on behalf of their employer; the employer is the customer of Allegro IT ApS.

3. Free Service — No Guarantees

InvoTrack is currently provided free of charge and on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

Service availability or uptime
Data persistence or backup recovery
Fitness for any particular purpose
Accuracy of calculations or generated documents

Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of critical business data.

4. Future Paid Service

Allegro IT ApS reserves the right to introduce paid plans in the future. If payments are introduced:

These terms will be updated to reflect the new pricing and conditions
Existing customer organisations will be notified in advance of any changes
Organisations that do not wish to continue under new terms may export their data via the Organisation Data page and request account termination

5. Optional License

Clients may request a paid license agreement from Allegro IT ApS that provides:

Assurances of data persistence and regular backups
Standard commercial rights and service level commitments
Priority support

6. User Responsibilities

By using InvoTrack, you agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating your account
Keep your login credentials secure
Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the service
Not use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of InvoTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and process your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allegro IT ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use InvoTrack. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

9. Termination

A customer organisation may stop using InvoTrack at any time. Tenant administrators can deactivate their organisation from Organisation Data, which locks non-admin users out while preserving all data. To request permanent removal of the organisation and all its data, contact Allegro IT ApS directly. Allegro IT ApS reserves the right to suspend or terminate organisations that violate these terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated through the application. Continued use of InvoTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
